Project Management

Are you ready to move forward with that new great innovative idea or launch a new process that will improve productivity in your business or organization?  To have success with that great idea is to transform your concept into reality.    According to the Project Management Institute, “Project management is the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to deliver something of value to people”

Although there are debates on what is the oldest profession, project management could very well be the oldest.  The profession of project management can be dated back to the Great Wonders of the ancient world in the development of the Pyramids of Giza, the Pharos of Alexandria, or the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, to more modern wonders such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Hoover Dam, or the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and other modern wonders such as the internet, computer software, and space shuttle programs.  Project management tools and techniques are dated back to those ancient times, organized, refined, and made more effective and efficient today as part of the core knowledge of a Project Management Professional (PMP®).  Projects lead by a PMP® significantly increase the success of the project.

When you are ready to launch that project, a PMP® will assess the risks, constraints (cost, time, scope, and quality), and organize tasks efficiently to resolve your complex issues and monitor interdependent activities, both internal and external, to ensure top quality towards making your project a success!
